Delete your ZoobyGo account

Delete in the ZoobyGo app

1. Open the ZoobyGo parent app and sign in
2. Go to Profile → Settings (or Security & Privacy)
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the two deletion prompts

Deletion removes your login, profile, linked child profiles, and personal information from our systems.

What is deleted

• Your parent account and phone-based login
• Child profiles linked to your account
• Addresses, notification preferences, and in-app personal settings
• Personal details on related bookings and support requests

Limited anonymized records (for example payment history required for accounting) may be retained without your personal identifiers where the law requires it.

Need help?

If you cannot access the app, email hello@zoobygo.com from the phone number or email on your account and we will complete deletion.
